Discover Lost Songs: Terms of License
1. The author grants permission to use the application for one iTunes Library (one license for one iTunes Library). If the user uses multiple iTunes libraries on one user account, the license covers all of these libraries. If the computer is used with multiple user accounts, the license only covers one of them. Using this application with multiple user accounts is not allowed. Thus the user has to get a license for every single user account.
2. The author assures the function of this application only to the extend of the product description on the author's website. The application may only be used for this purpose. Any other use of the application is not covered by this license.
3. The author is not responsible for any damage caused by the application, neither in hardware nor in software.
4. The author grants no permission to sell or give away the license at any time.
5. The author grants a warranty for the function of this application to the extend of the product description on the author's website. If any of these functions of the application are not working for the user, the user should contact the author about this problem. If the author then can not make these functions working for the user and it is assured, that the problem lies within the author's application, the price for the license will be refunded by the author.
6. If the user gets a new computer, the license grants the right to use the application on the new computer if it is assured, that the application is not used anymore on the old computer.
